To give you peace of mind, we offer a two-year warranty on all our home addition projects, reflecting our confidence in the high standard of our work. We also assist you in obtaining any necessary permits for your home addition, simplifying the process and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

In the first phase of our 'Home Additions' service, we invite clients for a thorough consultation to understand their vision and evaluate if our services align with their expectations. We familiarize them with our work approach, potential costs, timelines, and similar projects we've handled before. A Preliminary Proposal is generated encompassing an estimated budget, general work scope, timeline, and expectations, with a recommendation for a 10% contingency fund for any unforeseen issues.

Once the Preliminary Proposal is accepted, we proceed with the Design and Planning phase. During this phase, we conduct site visits, collaborate with our architect, engineer, trade partners, and vendors to devise a detailed scope of work. Simultaneously, our Design Consultant helps clients make design choices based on their lifestyle and preferences. The end result of this phase is a finalized construction budget, complete set of permit and construction drawings, a design plan with all finishing selections, and an approved building permit.

With all the planning and designs in place, we enter the construction phase. Our Project Manager oversees the coordination and work of all subcontractors, ensuring that everything proceeds according to plan. We value quality control, hence closely monitor the work of our qualified subcontractors. Changes to the work scope are recorded through a formal Change Order process. Before final cleaning, we conduct a walkthrough with the architect and homeowner to ensure perfection.

Toward the end of the project, we create an initial Punch List to address all minor issues and schedule an on-site meeting with the homeowner to review and add items. A formal Punch List with target completion dates is created. Once all items are agreed to be complete, final payment is due.

After the final payment, our 2-year workmanship warranty becomes active. For any product-specific warranties, we assist in facilitating them. We aim to provide our clients with a seamless 'Home Addition' experience, ensuring their vision is transformed into reality with the highest quality workmanship and complete transparency.
